Strategic management  

Since 2012, the Agency’s main guidelines have been the search for continuous improvement of organizational processes; the reinforcement of Strategic Management by improving management methodologies; the strengthening of the corporate sector; the integration of initiatives from technical areas; the increase in the quality of services by using Information Technology; and the recognition of human resources.


Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning, which resulted in the Agency’s Strategic Plan 2015/2019, establishes the commitments made by ANAC to its employees and to society. It contains objectives, strategies and initiatives aimed at delivering a safe and top quality air transport.


Strategic objectives - 2015/2019

To maintain an updated regulatory framework and to improve the quality of regulation and of mechanisms for social participation.

To increase efficiency and effectiveness of certification processes and to improve processes for the grant of air services and airport services.

To promote a favorable environment for the compliance with requirements and to create effective means to correct the conduct of regulated entities that jeopardize civil aviation and the quality of air transport.
