The Office for Judgment of Notices of Infraction in Second Instance is responsible for the judgment in second administrative instance of the appeals regarding the penalties filed for non-compliance of legal regulations related to the civil aviation, airport and aeronautics infrastructure. It also exercises the function of administrative secretariat of the sanctioning procedures sanctioning proceedings of any instance of ANAC.
